Mr Bryan Chaplog holds a B Compt Accounting Honours degree and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He is an energetic professional who is passionate about making a difference in the public sector by participating on various levels of leadership platforms where he can effect positive change.  Bryan is also focused on demonstrating professionalism through organisational compliance on all levels. He has a proven track record of improving governance, financial administration, and transparent reporting in both the public and private sectors. He is results-driven, extremely analytical, solution-minded, determined, and persistent in his resolve to create a compliant public sector that would function optimally and sustainably while servicing the needs of South Africa. He has an excellent understanding of the public and private sector and its workings, excellent governance and business development and leadership skills. As a proactive leader, he offers dynamic improvements to an organisation to render services. He believes that more professionals should contribute to the success of public sector institutions by serving on boards and committees or in public service at executive levels with the intended outcome of clean administration and improving good corporate governance and enhanced financial administration.

Mr Chaplog is the Chairperson of the Audit, Risk and ICT Governance Committee and has been serving as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Johannesburg City Parks and Zoo since 15 February 2022.
