Mr Chogle is a financial management specialist with 20 years of experience across strategic, operational, and administrative levels mostly within the financial services industry. He previously held directorship roles for various subsidiaries within the Sanlam Health group of companies, in addition to his Head of Finance role at Sanlam up until 2020. He has a demonstrated track record of forging key strategic relationships with corporate stakeholders to enhance shareholder value. His career includes a senior management role at EY where he was responsible for a portfolio of audit clients in the local municipality, higher education and TVET sectors. Other notable positions include working at the Parliament of RSA, FNB and Old Mutual in the early part of his career. He completed his articles at PwC.

Mr Chogle currently serves as an independent member of the Finance and Investment Committee of the Health Professions Council of South Africa, and he also pursues independent consultancy engagements. He registered as a Chartered Accountant (SA) in 2000 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Cape Town.  Mr Chogle has been serving as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Johannesburg City Parks and Zoo since 15 February 2022.
